At Windhorse:evolution we aspire to treat all our customers fairly and ethically. It is important to us that we are honest in our dealings and charge fair prices.

As with all businesses, our customers are central to our success; we want to make money to give away. By developing honest and friendly relationships, we can involve them more fully in that ideal and be mutually supportive

For example, with our wholesale customers, we don’t try to sell them products they don’t want. We make recommendations based on what sells well overall and if something is not doing well, we don’t shy away from saying so. We have built up very good relations with many people over years of trading and often customers become friends. They cover a wide range of businesses from market stalls, garden centres, zoos, gift shops, to leisure centres and tattoo parlours! We try to give them all a good experience from the initial order right through to receiving the goods. When we make mistakes we admit to them and try to put things right.

In our Evolution shops the staff are trained to serve the customers well. We like to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and be honest and straightforward with our customers.

We tell our customers about our donations to the communities where the goods originate; most people welcome and value this about evolution, and enjoy being part of that giving.
